About us
One team,
sketch to keys.
Our story
Design Nest Studio was founded in 2025 on a simple principle: great spaces shouldn't get lost between design and construction.
Too many clients were handed beautiful drawings and then left alone with contractors, rising costs and missed dates. As a design‑build practice, we handle everything under one roof, from initial concept and interior architecture to ground‑up construction and final handover. What you approve on paper is precisely what we build and deliver to you.
Today, we design and deliver private residences, commercial spaces and bespoke interiors across Nigeria. Every project starts with listening: how you live, how you work, what you can spend, and what the site and climate ask of the building.
What we believe
Buildings for people,
built to last.
Human‑centred
We design around the people who will use the building every day.
Sustainability
Designing for longevity, with natural airflow, daylight and enduring local materials that honour both the environment and your daily well‑being.
Cost integrity
A clear budget before work begins, predictable spending and proactive cost management.
Site transparency
Consistent milestone tracking and regular site updates at every stage.
